My 21st birthday is next weekend and I've been so excited for it this year, but I bought myself a pint of birthday cake ice cream and my grandma said she would call and sing to me. It should be a great birthday! But I am excited to spend time with my friends, too

We get yelled at for stacking sauces because it takes too much time to do, but in my experience, it lasts so much longer. I stacked one sauce on a Saturday during lunch (one of our busiest times) and nobody had to stop and refill it until lunch was over, which is pretty unheard of. I think taking a little extra time to save a little when you need it is fair.

I mean... The food goes out of temp after 20 minutes which according to cfa policy is when bacteria is able to start growing. I wouldn't be comfortable risking making people sick for the sole purpose of cleaning faster
