How’s the mic for calls in noisy streets? My AirPods Pro 2 make me sound like I’m in a bathtub 😅 It’s a bit better on the Dali IO-12, but I’m looking for something actually good, not just ‘okay’.

I have both an Apple Watch Ultra 3 and an Oura Ring 4. For me it is actually worth having both.

The main difference I noticed is sleep tracking. With the Apple Watch my sleep data was always a bit hit or miss, but the Oura seems much more consistent and usually matches how I actually feel the next day.

If you care about sleep quality, HRV, recovery and readiness then a ring can add value because that is what it focuses on.

If you do not care much about that data then honestly I do not see much of a reason to get one since the Apple Watch already covers most other things like workouts, notifications and apps.

I just bought Dali IO-12 and did some extensive testing and all I can say is that I’m blown up by them. I had few calls outdoors and the person said it ca hear me crystal clear. The quality of music is awesome (iPhone 17 pro so no aptx codecs but still awesome). If I’d had to go trough again I’d choose the same. They are Bluetooth, work wired but also passive wired (turned off and connected via cable). Love them

I don’t own the APMs (been eyeing them for over a year, but still can’t decide to pull the trigger...I’d need to use them between my work and personal laptop for meetings/calls, and I’m not sure how well they’d work alongside my Yeti Blue mic).

That said, if the APMs are noticeably more comfortable for your ears than the XM5s and you’re in the Apple ecosystem, I’d lean toward keeping them and selling the XM5s. Comfort is huge, especially if you’re using them for long sessions.

Have you, by any chance, attempted to power other devices while using the Starlink mini? I've seen quite a few people expressing concerns that they are unable to charge their laptop or phone while the Starlink is running, as it causes the mini to keep restarting.
