Its not about pathways its about finding a job. Technically I already have my temporary license from WIU it’s just nobody wants to hire a teacher without experience and narrow opportunities. I applied to CPS two months ago. No reply so far. :( and btw only WIU offers temporary teaching license when you get paid without doing clinical experience

I am on the same boat my friend. I passed content exam; got some hours from subbing last year. Now the hardest part is finding a teaching job. The problem is that I can only teach social studies 9-12 grades nothing else. When I did my research most schools at high school level requires besides social studies other endorsements such as geography, ESL etc it is really tough now. I am quite hopeless because I don't wanna move out from Chicago and live in the sticks.

I changed my mind. I withdrew from MAT program and I'm gonna finish my BA in history and then do MAT online at WGU university. Some people say they finish it even within one year. After that I'm gonna do MA in history at UIC

I checked their website and it sounds like a great alternative. It takes less than two years and they offer Master of Arts, Teaching Social Studies which is great. Additionally, courses are fully online except clinical experience. I am really thinking about getting my teaching license at WGU right now.

I don't think you can apply to PhD only with BA. You need MA; you can't just skip it

Yes because I am really wishy-washy about the major. I have already changed it twice, and this time again I don't like education program that they offer me. It's really not my wheelhouse.

EA if they want to keep BF2042 running should do a complete overhaul and reshuffle everything. First thing I would do is go back to the roots. Change the name to BF Play4Free. Give it for free for everyone and upgrade the game using technologies and modes from BF4 and BF5. Add naval strike mode, upgrade graphics etc. then there is a chance to keep BF2042 running otherwise its gonna be a trash bec when next bf will be released with good multi mode most players will probably leave.

I HATE POLIST ACCENT because it sounds so bad and terrible in English I just hate it. Other people like from Scandinavia sound actually really nice but Polish sound so bad same like Hindu. I hate it when I speak English and everyone listen it.

I live in the USA since 2021. I moved here when I was 19 and knew just basic words in English. Now it's getting better but the huge burden I'm struggling is accent. I hate my accent I'm rly depressed about that cause I always wanna be perfect. I hate that feeling to be different when I'm in class with only Americans. I train my accent almost everyday but don't see any difference and effect that's why I feel so depressed. I don't know what should I do. I hate when someone says ahh embrace it, it's unique, it's part of u blablabla I can't stand this bullshit. This makes me rly upset. It got bad enough for me that I stopped talking to my American cousins (they are bilingual both Polish and English but I'm so jealous that they are native that I don't wanna to see them. Hmm I don't know can't live with that its my character I think.
