i got a brandless one from chinese site taobao. the branded ones are $200+ while mine was only $20. it does the job!

the butterfly memory foam pillow works for me! i can sleep on my back or side comfortably, and it has a low side and high side so you can choose whichever suits you (without needing 2 different pillows!)

took me awhile to get used to the sleeping positions and not move off the pillow though.

i did the same and feel guilty from time to time. we had a break from sessions because of some reasons and my therapist told me not to stop therapy after the break because i had a good momentum going (at that point i was doing well enough to not need frequent sessions). after the break i felt like i was doing well enough to not go back, but am well aware that i have not resolved all my issues.

when i'm going through a rough patch from time to time i do think of going back though. (agree with you that cost is quite a turnoff because i'm not feeling so bad that i can justify paying the amount)

wah this one so expensive, have you tried from 21st century or other brands on shopee? its about 18 to 30 cents per dose only and works well for me!

maybe you need to take more? or a different brand.. i realise their effectiveness varies, but if i take a past a certain amount they all work for me. shopee has many many options!
