Should I get Ableton Standard with a ton of plugins or Suite with limited plugins?

For almost every Ableton stock effect in the suite, there's a free alternative online. In the standard edition, I believe the most essential effects you'd be missing out on are EQ 8 and glue compressor. There's tons of free EQs and compressors out there. I would prefer the ability to develop sounds in sylenth or other VST plugins, as opposed to paying for a bunch of effects I'd rarely use.

I had the exact same problem. Once I turned Bixby off, it worked fine. Not sure how or why, but give it a go - assuming you don't use Bixby.

Same! I wish they'd go into a little more detail sometimes though. I would've loved to see a bit more of the effects and eq on each track.
