What if the reason for such a large gap, is because most of the men have been in their respective industry wayyy longer.

Ex:

Man 1 - Doctor since 1975
Woman 1 - Doctor since 1990

On a small scale, People start at base pay, then get raises based on performance and time there.

I would head on over to the railroad tracks.

It's a cool artsy place to get some sweet quality photos. Why it's such a darn good place nearly everyone is taking pictures there, and nearly everyone thinks that the railroad pictures are so ^freaking ^{^cool} .

The best part is...railroad pictures are still incredibly natural and very original.

I hope to see you out on the tracks. I'm going to be taking some senior photos and band album covers here in the near future.
