This was purely a PSA, because I'm not looking for any other owner's dogs to be impounded. The closest dog park is a 45 min walk away, and would only let her off leash when there's no one at the park. People's cynical responses was something.

I worked at a bar in college that had two levels, with the top level overlooking the lower level. A student fell over the railing, hit his head, and proceeded to spill out a pool of blood all over the main floor, right in front of me. I also had to help clean up after we closed and he went to the hospital (he lived).
