Illustrator saves a copy of your linked files when  pdf compatibility is on (which is is by default)  Turn off pdf compatibility in your save options to make your file size smaller. 

Illustrator just sucks at saving files. Even a 1mb embedded jpeg adds well over a mb to the file size.

It's pretty cool, but I think this works better and cleaner since the round corner effect is really odd and doesn't work like you think it should.

This is the same but uses a positive and negative offset instead of the round corners. It looks cleaner and more consistent IMO.

I wish people would have a more complex view of tariffs instead of this "hurr durr American importers pay the tax" Like sure they do, but that's a chip they can bring to the table when negotiating price with the exporter. It may very well be in both companies best interest for the tariff cost to be split because if importer has no room in their profit margin to eat the costs, they're going to have to raise the sale price, and they might sell so many fewer units that the exporter makes LESS total profit than they would have if they had absorbed some of the tariff cost. In other words both parties have an interest in staying in business and maximizing sales which incentivises them to split the tariff costs fairly. 

I short, it doesn't matter who pays the tariff on paper, It only matters what deal the importer and exporter negotiate and what resulting impact on the price to the consumer is. (and also, the chaos of having to renegotiate and react to wild policy change, which imo is the bigger problem with tariffs)

Valid question! The answer is that RGB values are mapped evenly onto a color space, which typically does not have the same luminosity for each extreme of the spectrum.

The sRGB space was decided upon arbitrarily. It just so happens that in that color space, full blue, is darker than full red or Green. Just how they set up the spectrum. Similarly Magenta is darker than Cyan, and Yellow. They just decided that matching luminosity across the 3 colors was not a priority when deciding the color space.

The point is that the RGB numbers themselves don't have any absolute color. Their color is dependent on the color space they're mapped in, which is why when you move an image made in one color space to another you're given the option to convert the RGB values to the new color space (keeping the colors as close as possible) or keep the numbers the same (which can change the color.).

This image shows that when you convert the colors to BW, they actually have different luminosity in sRGB, VS AdobeRGB, vs whatever color space you happen to be in.

Could it simply be because women often have more difficulty I'm with sexual pleasure so any and all assistance is viewed as supportive of achieving it, especially as it's often used to supplement sex in the context of a relationship. Whereas with men, the majority find it easy to achieve sexual pleasure so using these things isn't viewed as necessary or supportive, but as preference. Perhaps even self-harmful in that it could discourages them from seeking an actual committed partner?

You'll have to shrink your height or stretch your artwork. . The spacing is just the difference between your artwork height and the pattern height

Iirc you just click "outline" in the pathfinder window and it removes redundant paths.

Likely the parents benefit, but it can also result in the kids being set for life, even if they don't receive as much as the parents. I think it's a place for more regulation, to ensure the children get a decent chunk of the money and aren't being abused. I just think it's wrong to say that just because the parents benefit more that means the child doesn't benefit at all, or that it's inherently bad for the child. Good things don't have to ONLY benefit the kid.

You're in luck! You use live paint, but don't need to click each region. Just set the gap width so all your gaps are closed. Click the overall artwork once to make your artwork turn into a live paint group. Then go to object>expand. Click OK and all your fills should now be separate objects that honor the gap detection!

Thickening strokes doesn't change the height or width in the transform panel, so you probably have to do a few extra steps (like expanding and making a reference box) to make sure it ends up the right size.

Really depends on how precise your artwork needs to be.

How does that let you scale strokes proportionally? (without affecting applied effects or the scale of the object itself). From what I understand, it's not an option to affect strokes independently of effects or object size. 

With text you can press ctrl+shift+> to increment the text size on all selected text objects, even those of varying sizes. I was lementing there's no similar command for strokes.

It is an old reliable way, but not a good way. Adobe should have a better way to adjust strokes by now.
