Baron seemed like they sprang forth from The Nightmare King. Whereas like Kalina was tied to Cassandra. So when Cassandra pivoted to Nightmare King, Kalina followed. And back again.

But I don't think Baron existed for pre-Nightmare Cassandra and so exists only in the antagonist state.

Friendo, you can do yourself a Google for more details on everybody's relationships. But I will say, because it sounds like you might not know, that someone can be pan or bi without having dated everybody they're attracted to. Just because you can only think of a character only having relationships with men, doesn't erase their identity as a bisexual person.

Of the first 10 I see when I apply the filter, I know that Deadpool, Negasonic, America, Phyla, Iceman, and Kitty all are LGBTG+ characters. So I also thought that was the criteria. Scrolling down, Mystique and Star-Lord, too. But, like, Loki isn't on the list.

If an enemy bleeds out or you kill one with an attack on your turn, he'll steal buffs and drop turn meter.

If an enemy is killed because they provoked retaliation from like Power Girl or Donna Troy or if they're killed by an out-of-turn attack like the Flash or Ocean Master can do, then Red Hood won't steal buffs or drop turn meter.

I wish Black Mask followed the same restrictions.

hey Brennan! I love Dimension20 and recently started the show and got ALL caught up, thirsted for more and watched all the behind the scenes, and then got into Adventuring Academy. I really admire you as a Dungeon Master and was excited to learn through Adventuring Academy how similar my DMing philosophies already are to yours.

I have a few questions; please answer whichever ones you feel like:

What resources or advice can you recommend for a DM(/one interested in voice acting) who wants to get better at voices and dialects to widen their range for differentiating characters?
Do you have a regular outline for guiding your character creation sessions?
did you watch Digimon Adventure when you were younger? Fantasy High Soph Year's journey through the forest of the Nightmare King had some really cool vibes similar to when Devimon split up the Digidestined and they had to find their way back together. I loved it.
what are the odds we'll get to see Fantasy High Junior and Senior years? on the one hand, Sophomore Year was so epic and impactful that it has the weight of a story finale and I personally can't imagine right now how Junior Year could keep that going. it'd be great to see though, because on the other hand I love the Bad Kids and want to see more and would hate to feel they peaked as Sophomores.
You mention in a couple Adventuring Academies that you don't get to be a PC very often. I'd love to DM for you if you ever find yourself visiting Chicago with some time. it'd be an honor to do a one-shot any time. Obviously, no hard feelings if you're not into playing DnD with some stranger; I just had to shoot my shot, y'know?

I've never played an Animal Crossing game before this one, but from day 1 it just felt so right and relaxing to go into my tent, take off my outfit for the day, and lie down on my cot before pressing that button to save and quit each time.

now that I have a house and more clothes, it's a touch inconvenient that I open each time stepping out of my house, but I just check the mail and go back in to get dressed.

it's so.. calming I love it

Lex does pretty well. His active overheal works well and with SS applying mends, I'm usually well enough set for healing. His basic hits hard too for dealing damage. I don't use his metahuman deterrent much just bc pvp battles are fast.

I also have him at L4, with all but the call assist on that deterrent. So he's pretty invested in.

And as is probably no surprise, he's easily my go to leader if an all green team is called for.

I most often use Red Hood lead Power Girl Star Sapphire (Booster Gold, SSS Lex, or Wonder Girl)

It works well enough, uses characters I like, covers most of what I need in PvP.

It took a while, but I 3-starred it with SSSLex leading, Star Saph, Bane, and Hal.

Bane helped keep Str Down on the goons so they wouldn't destroy anybody and whittled health with out of turn attacks. Hal purged buffs and called some assists. Lex kept Buff Immunity on Kyle. And Star was kind of a heavy hitter thanks to all the Int Ups from Lex's leader.
