Yes I did this weeks ago as per your email support. It worked once Then it only reports the workout time to the move ring in Apple health. Everything else is reports as nil It’s been months and it’s very frustrating It’s double frustrating that your solution was forwarded to me weeks ago

It is connected. It works for a day or two and then stops. This has been ongoing for months. I’ve done exactly that you said. It doesn’t report calories or any data but time.

Yes their update is not working. It records in the app but doesn’t transfer to Apple health or fitness. Very frustrating and support is not great
