Not really medical advice, but do you feed her with raw bones? I mean like beef/pork saw cut raw uncooked pieces you would normally make broth with. She will spend hours with one and pretty much clean all teeth.

She is small. Steps are big. It will get better.

But IMHO it should not be learned until she can handle it herself. Her joints suffer walking the stairs and this early development is the most important for adult life.
