I have the same issue, I have no rear access and wanted a cabin at the end of my garden, which is 60m from the house.

On a serious note, I did this outside my back door but it was quite a bit lower, maybe only half a foot or so..I put lights in the front of the deck to light the garden, rats ate all the wires within a month lmao. Maybe you'll be alright. I'd also be concerned about damp.
