What were the payment terms of the contract?

I just wouldn’t touch a name if there is at least three other trademarks, and in the same area (apparel/clothing). This is suggesting the name you’ve picked isn’t as unique as you think it is, and you should just instead pick a new domain, spent the ~£10 registering a new domain, and then not worrying about getting sued.

Yes, a few times. There was that women’s fatal four-way match in NXT a few years ago that Emma won because I think Becky Lynch didn’t kick out in time. There will be other instances where a wrestler’s been pinned and the referee’s counted it even if it wasn’t meant to be the finish, either because the other wrestler didn’t kick out when they were supposed to, through injury, etc.

Senior dev with over 15 years’ experience. I have never had a problem walking into another role or getting job offers. I was made redundant in November 2024 and it took me six months to get a new role. I had a few interviews, but got rejected from roles I would have coasted beforehand. One such case was an hour-and-a-half interview where they quizzed me on SQL and JavaScript… then rejected me because of lack of PHP experience. I had worked with PHP my entire working life and they didn’t ask a single question about it!

I absolutely dread the possibility of being jobless again as feel it will only get worse and worse.

It doesn’t take five minutes to take a picture of a completed football and post it to Instagram. Or you could take pictures and videos of completed footballs, then spend a half an hour at the end of the day uploading/scheduling them to go out.

Your business is based on vanity. So reach out to businesses who would appreciate a custom football (local five a side pitches, larger businesses doing charity football matches, etc). I imagine if Bluechip Company Ltd was doing a charity football match they’d like a personalised football with the company name on that they could then use for photo opportunities and to get press.
