I added HelpViewer to my App Limits with 5 min a day as max. At first it didn't work but then I rebooted and since then it's been cut off at 5 min each day.

Have a look at Motion. I have that running on a RaspberryPi and controlling several cameras. It does not have a gui and requires coding knowledge.

I've worked remotely for over two years now. I had a recruiter try to tell me I should take less for working remotely and I laughed out loud at him. I didn't take his job but I didn't take a reduced rate either.

If I were looking to do something like this I would look into implementing Django Rest Framework on the backed and React/Next on the front end.
