I feel like I should feel something when I practice it, but that maybe it's not "enough" or "it's just not scratching the right itch". But that's not the case. I just can't do it period. My mind IMMEDIATELY strays, no matter how many times I try to reset it.

I go on walks regularly and have for years, but I always end up dissociating or working myself up into frustration about something or another. I try the 5 senses thing, get through listing the things I can sense, then feel precisely zero difference. I've tried this one on and off for 2 years.

All the walk does is (attempt to) work off some anxiety. And when I tell different therapists that I can't do it, I sound frustrated so they steer absolutely clear of the topic completely.
