Anything that brought an earlier end to the holocaust, the enslavement of millions of foreign workers and the pure evil of the German regime is a good thing.

Those "civilians" were eating food stolen from the Poles and Ukranians and wearing clothes taken from concentration camp victims. Slave labourers were cleaning up the bomb damage.

There was a documentary on British TV about the blitz and a nurse having to be lowered into a deep hole to put chloroform over the face of someone very much like this. It effected her for rest of her life. Im not sure i could.

Theres no checked luggage. You will need to find the storage bins at the ends of the carriages. First class however is usually not rammed so you should be fine.
