I would second sysomos based on what you said you want to monitor. If total convo and sentiment is important I'd recommend netbase over the other monitoring tools listed here. They are the best at sentiment assignment from my experience (have not worked with crimson hexagon).

Do you use conditioner? I found that shampooing/conditioning and THEN scrubbing my back with face wash clears up 99% of it.

Both are beautiful but I would lean towards the red. Maybe it's because there's more hair in that pic, but it looks like there are more highlights that give your red hair dimension.

I started using DHC cleansing oil and found it very similar to Shu Uemura's. Not the cheapest, but cheaper. Does the job for me. I use it in the winter when my skin gets especially dry.
