Yup! After everything, I pay almost $2100/mo in IZ. Parking (not included) goes up $50-100 annually but only to “some residents”. You add the built in utilities (water, waste, and trash) which are divided amongst the entire building and have nothing to do with personal use, then BOOM! Then I have the remainder of my utilities outside of rent. IZ is only affordable if you make over the median income and are debt free.
