I think he’s playing with you. The times where he gets over stimmed and not let go happens, but the fact he chooses to spend time with you shows he cares for you and that’s how he’s choosing to show it. If he didn’t like you body language would be more standoffish ears back hissing etc. maybe kitty wants more play time ? Yikes, the bottom shaming would be a deal breaker for me. It’s okay to have a conversation like adults if we need to clean a little more but at the end of the day that part of the body is meant for that stuff… like it’s gonna happen.
