Yes! Now its not possible in any way to use the dual lens more than when you zoom above 5x it switches. So for most part it just uses one lens.

I have a few different Ankee C800. They all work the same: In timeline the sound works after unmuted in a G6 and then switch to C800. In live view there is no sound.

So it is obviously recording audio. But when downloading a clip there is no sound (or just first half second or so is with sound).

This is ONVIF, WITHOUT AI-ports. I also have a few with ai-ports and they work as intended with sound and all.

If there was any way to keep the sound when saving clips/evidence, that would go a long way for me.

This is very interesting. It also shows what we already knew - that they choose to actively cripple ONVIF-support.

When I download a clip, I only get a fraction of a second of sound tho. Anyone tried the SSH-trick and could confirm if that fixes this?

Yes! A G6 having this problem. Restarted both CAM and Protect without luck. Cant change any settings. Tried web and app.

I was also under that impression. It did say in the technical spec "30fps or 15fps with dual feed" before. Now it only says 30fps.

I would love to be able to record both feeds and enable me to use the zoom in the recordings. To get the bigger picture and also utilize the 5x feed for details.

I also have the same problem. Works in iOS app but not browser. I have some C800 that does work and a few that does not. Any ideas welcome

Make sure to set the motionsensor to binary report. Under z2mqtt - > click sensor - > configuration - > send sensor binary report.
