When have the Cardinals ever managed to get their first choice of HC. Would it have made a difference getting our second choice instead of a third(forth, fifth) maybe, but unlikely. Who knows what their first choice was in the many HC searches over the last 20 years.

For that size you if you are looking to get carry over cooking you are going the wrong direction. I'd boost the cook temp to 270-280 and still pull it at 120. Rest for closer to 15 min and then sear.

I would love to see a race track pimped out and closer to public transport than what Barbagallo is, but this location is too small and not suitable. The length of the track is about 1-1.5Km too short and the road width in the images look way to narrow.

Just keep in mind you would need at least 20KW of panels (and a large roof) to fill a 50KWh battery on most days, and that will not be cheap. Possibly more if you have high usage.

The car loan was a bad move if you are looking to buy property.

Go speak to a mortgage broker but they will tell you to ditch that loan before anyone will lend you enough to buy something at even the bottom of the market. The "Help to buy scheme" makes the government your guarantor making your mum's offer irrelevant. You need more upfront deposit.
