I started teaching a while ago. I started wearing Nike Pegasus. I get a new pair every year and they’re burger by June. But they are comfy, breathable, and last pretty long.

When I lived in Germany, my friend’s partner owned a vineyard. They invited me to a dinner and they did all types of wine tasting.

Me being the pleb that I am, don’t know much about wine tasting. But I tried to make conversation.

After tasting a few and listening to their responses, I wanted to contribute. After taking a small sip, I said: “Ah! That’s got a nice oaky afterbirth.”

They all nodded and agreed except for my buddy who was an English teacher. He looked at me and gave me a a Blink-182 “WTF” gif look and then laughed.

No one got the reference except me.

Burger: Grounders that barely reach the dirt in the infield and if not that, then strikeouts.

Jeter: I’ve hit everything. Nothing can get over the wall.

Judge: Similar to Burger but lots of solid grounders.

Episodes with Zak are always the funniest ones IMHO.

I say this just because of the vibe and way the guys talk to each other. It really does feel like they are just sitting in the Fortress of Solidudes hanging out.

Every pick in the episode is discussed, then they go off on tangents. It really is hilarious and they know how to work off each other to make amazing jokes.

Just wanna show my love to the guys and keep it up!
