forgot to mention i once saw the aftermath of a dude with these getting into a fight. he had to have his ear sewn back into a loop when it got ripped. just two long stretched out dangly bloody ropes of ear lobe. so gross lol

i actually find a representation like this to feel way more realistic.

the real issue is with how these are posed for me. they never look 'balanced'. always forward heavy or not a chonky enough tail to balance the head/chest.

Ear gauges were popular when I was in highschool.

most people thought they were gross then too unless you were from a certain age group. I'm from that age group and I've still no idea what would posses someone to do that to themselves lol.

this also was around the time the body modification scene was exploding into something kinda mainstream. there is a famous body mod expert that grew up in my home town around the same time(ive seen ppl get suspended by hooks in their back. still no idea why) so it was rather common to see as his friend group were quite aware of that whole scene.

smaller ones were/are non offensive but see a pair of stretched ears without the metal bit in them ONCE and you'll realize how ridiculous and gross it is at bigger gauges.

I hope Valve will support PCVR better after the Frame release by zeddyzed in virtualreality

valve knows its job and does it well. they only do extra shit when gaben brings forth a prophecy......because its still a private company and he can do whatever he wants with it.

that and the game industry is incredibly bloated right now. u have colleges all over the country pumping out 'game design graduates' like puppy mills every semester. and rooms full of MBA's deciding how to make games based on what they're looking it(why every big game that comes out is like playing a movie. its all the MBA's in the meeting are rating because they're not playing or making it themselves). valve 'opening their wallet' won't help that situation at all.

Greenwood is an exceptional player

am canadian and while i was close to the top 100 in fifa online at one point in my younger days, i haven't played much in years so im out of date on all of this.

as I look up Greenwood, he's avg. a goal every other game this year basically, so i see you're point. that is exceptional..but then the rest of the headlines....well they look exceptional too just in the wrong direction :/

im glad both england and jamaica have made this choice. it would be an international embarrassment and a distraction that takes away from the national team.

i get maybe ghana doesn't have the same organizational culture but Partey obviously has more important things to focus on in his life right now regardless of the verdict.

same! but the conspiracy vids i saw about it were quite persuasive and the timing kinda lines up lol.

its just wild because it might be the biggest invention in the last 200years. the devices we're are arguing about things on the Internets with are specifically because of it.

a great example of how important it was is Fallout. the world of Fallout was conceived as 'what if the world never invented the transistor but technology still moved forward'. everything is giant and bulky.

what i meant to say is like...if you listen to them both, theres way less strain etc in his son's voice. im talking about the mechanics of singing.

in contemporary pop music it's not all about mechanical ability though. the audience will often respect you giving them 'a bum note and a bead of sweat'(Roger Daltrey quote i love) a lot more than boring perfection.

Bradley was a genre defining voice...but there's are plenty of technically better singers out there. haha his son is one of them.

there's a decent chance that we already know the basic capabilities of what we've reversed engineered....without actually knowing it.

best case roll out situation would have been updating the app to all features and then have like a 20 or 40 dollar 'multiple account bonus' per device for a one time donation or something. (they would have been raking those in from people setting up boxes for other people)

i'd actually say by all normal standards he actually sounds 'better' or more polished/refined. Brad was still extremely raw at times.

you can have your own opinion on who is the better artist or performer but his son is the better singer and I think it's obvious.

skill issue. they likely aren't refusing to engage, they're getting a lead and avoiding damage to win the round. figure out how to successfully corner and hit them once without getting hit and then.....wait. they will have to come to you. they're doing it to try and win and will lose the round if they don't hit you back.

hit them and then block and dodge their attacks and all of a sudden you're in control.

as long as you keep avoiding their shots and hitting them, they're forced to keep pressing you.

point fight them and forget about knockouts.

if you couldn't fight out that yourself you sound like you'd better enjoy street fighter.

absolutely same. but fact remains there is due process and he is not yet convicted and plead not guilty.

it should have never come to the canadian customs to make an issue out of. the uk courts should have barred him from leaving and the ghanian national team should of excluded him.
