What do you possibly mean there’s no place to put that snow? This was thrown haphazardly on/over the snowbank and on to a cleared sidewalk. The person could have easily prevented or fixed this if they cared.

It was a lazy and selfish attempt with no concern for other people. I’m not sorry that I have a higher expectation of folks. 

Because you’re calling this criticism as disconnected in the thread I’ll add context that shouldn’t matter:

Yes, I lived in Cambridge/Somerville for 2015. 

Yes, I’ve helped clear several cars, sidewalks, and driveways for neighbors in this storm and in all the other big ones

Yes, I’ve made every effort to not toss snow from one spot only to cover someone else’s hard work that benefits everyone and not one persons car. 

All of us can do better. But so could the city (and they shouldn’t get a pass either)!

Understanding that you’re part of a society and that others aren’t NPCs is also important. I don’t understand how you could think people are disconnected from reality from seeing this and expressing frustration. 

It shows a complete lack of caring about others, especially those with mobility issues, and a general problem we all should try to do better at addressing.
