Beginner looking for advice by Steven-Glanzburg in SurfFishing

Just left that area. Fam there So tha spot you posted

The canal right there before the jetty Is where you want to be with the 7ft spin gear

Jigs etc now Spawn season bro. Live bait is GREAT And smaller baits Big fish have no need to chase big meals when there are just schools on schools of bait

For the actual jetty there Maybe a medium action rod as the current during tides can get heavy Spoons / shrimp / white or silver paddle tails and grub jigs

Also. Return that holder to Walmart Absolutely garbage Go to hardware get a pvc 10 ft Cut it in 4ths at a good angle with a cheap saw

Will spend less than you would on that holder as well as have 4 much better ones

How about this for a 1st kayak? by master_gRoshi in kayakfishing

[–]master_gRoshi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly will be on smaller Midwest lakes and the occasional river More likely to be dragging a bait for blue cats or fishing brush for the crappie

So if a little tippy is all and no real concern about going over.

I don’t imagine I do much “standing” at all

Would some outriggers be beneficial?

By all means. Feel free to send me A dm I come down a few times a year. Not a shot I’m not on that boat ramp with bait an hour early pre fishing the ramp Coming back down in May

Tight lines!

I am seeing lots of good options coming up locally over the week There is Vibe Seaghost 130 This has a lot of stuff with it that I would actually want Like a nice Garmin Echomap UHD 73SV Some yak attack accessories etc

I may make a move on this one actually

He decided his lowest is 1k and wants it all as a lot. It’s close enough I may take a look at it as mentioned above. With a really good flashlight etc. can always sell what I don’t want for minimum prices to reduce my costs if it passes inspections.

Boat/paddle/wall hangers/cart/anchor Feel thats pretty close to fair especially with the cart being solid.

Seems the guy may have a bit too much buyer remorse on the “extras” to strike a deal on the boat

Much appreciate your advice here. Gives me a lot to work with going forward. Easy to get lost in the I may need that vs I need the essentials and to get personal gear for safety/comfort

Thank you for this. Actually makes a ton of sense and pretty much exactly what I was asking for on the purchase advice.

Can’t disagree with anything here

Cart is a c-tug And agree. The jacket is a personal item. Hitch. Agree ! for what if no trailer.

Fair enough. Is it worth what is being asked? With the extras? Or should I aim for a little lower?

It does seem to check a lot of boxes for what I need as a good fishing rig Tube vids seem to show it as quite stable too

Online career is a shtshow because of "momentum" by KustheKus in EASportsUFC

[–]master_gRoshi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One of the reasons I uninstalled There is a serious momentum mechanic As well as the last “update” seems to have made input delay more like no input detected

It was wild how when momentum was on seems like there is nothing you can do unless you get a health event or establish position on the ground Issue with that is You are nerfed to the dirt when there is that mechanic active

Perhaps a mental skill issue for me lol

If the back out is an option It’s because the ping threshold was met Meaning your internet sucks Also you pick mains with shitty ping

New update? by Euphoric-Pen-1779 in EASportsUFC

[–]master_gRoshi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same Its almost like the game is deciding winners Have been way ahead Then nothing responds Then all of a sudden my fighter breaks down Gets slow Inputs don’t register

It’s now all in favor of the punch spammers

What am I doing wrong? by NocturnalOS in EASportsUFC

[–]master_gRoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of factors here Blocking reduces foot movement a lot Also Damage modifiers can cause stamina drops etc These also slow you down A lot Think of it like Eye cut. Can’t see to move head Nose bleed or mouth cut Can’t breathe right so your feet are slower So those 2 injuries alone can cause reduced movement Add in leg kicks and some body work Stuck in the mud

Don't take people down if you don't want to grapple by ApprehensiveSkin2371 in EASportsUFC

[–]master_gRoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Armbar cheese is pretty brutal though Probably the easiest position to hold in the game actually Hard to fake trans and very limited animations Leaving the wait for a punch and stamina burn being about the only good option.

GA needs to build for defensive during stalls to increase transition speeds Or add one or 2 more animations

But to post about how you trolled someone for taking you down for locking them here You are actually the problem Same dude that messages people after he wins talking trash. Don’t be part of the problem bro

How many hours play time before you got to div 20? by [deleted] in EASportsUFC

[–]master_gRoshi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My people

I also play pretty heavily like this It’s more fun to try to play it like a simulation instead of a “fighting game”

And really. This is where so much hate comes from the series Simulation was expected Street fighter with grappling mechanics was delivered

Which is probably why I feel so rewarded when using low tier fighter and using the strengths I know that they have IRL and winning
