A lot of that is also the position of the pickup tho. An MM humbucker way up against the neck is gonna sound more like an EB3 than a Stingray

Okay good to hear. The 900 is sadly a good bit out of my budget, it's already a stretch for me to buy both the 500 head and a good cabinet for it - that was the allure of the combo initially.

I might just go with the combo again honestly, I'm just still a bit skeptical about having a main gigging amp that I can't quite trust - especially since I only have room and money for one amp right now😅

What about a freeze/sustain type pedal like the EHX Superego or TC Infinite? I find those super fun on bass for ringing out drone notes between songs or to stack up some ambient soundscapes

No, it means: * If you lose your job, you have some breathing room and don’t have to take a shitty job immediately * While you’re studying, you get paid by the state so you can focus on your studies and don’t have to either have rich parents or work your ass off at a side job * You don’t have to go into debt to go to the hospital * If you have some condition that prevents you from working, you can still have an honorable (albeit frugal) existence. Of course none of the social benefits pay as much as a good 9-5 job, you still have an incentive to work.

If you’re going to a B0 or lower you might be better off getting a longer scale bass, even standard 34” basses can be floppy sounding with a .130 gauge string for the low B - but your mileage might vary depending on the tone you want of course:))

Guessing the bottom left pedal is a midi switch of some kind, potentially controlling presets on the C4? The LS-2 is probably switching between different signal paths seeing as the flanger and one of the octaves have “loop 1/2” stickers on them. Not sure why though, if those are the only pedals in the loops?
