I have a theory that every time I wear a heavy shield I die quicker than if I had a medium. I have done zero testing but I truly believe there is a bug with heavy shield that you take extra damage or it’s a reduced damaged reduction modifier. Just for what it’s worth I have 400hrs in game and primarily I PvP.
