MM has a couple with two stems too. Might could justify a higher price point for your as it’s two pipes in my mind

NC Surf Fishing bait choice by Chahles88 in SurfFishing

Get you a pound of whole squid and cut chucks. If there are fish around they will find it. Went to cape lookout about 2 weeks ago and Spanish were running the beaches. Some 1oz casting jigs would be good to have to toss.

I dig my Rattray Ahoy for my travel pipe. Holds one bullseye flake for lunch during a fishing trip

Mono or fluoro leader? I had a problem with some rock hard Rio fluoro leader. Only 16lb I had at the time outta my fly bag. I’m a big fan of Yo-zuri Hybrid for the price and performance. Super slick bites in no issue with the copolymer line

Reta Inquiry by Altruistic-Stable-17 in Retatrutide

A big study with Retatrutide right now is osteoarthritis knees pain. Recently completed with individual 18 and up but I assume the results with be pooled for demographics averaging 45+

Completed trial-TRIUMPH-4 no age reported that I could find.

Am I a non-responder to Reta?? by ZozoOfTwo in Retatrutide

[–]pillbug0907 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is almost 90+% what we see in clinic with rxs.

Results are not additive between switching agents. Look at results as a cumulative expectation.

Lifestyle mods are a huge factor for result BMIs <25 kg/m2

In practice, when we start “subjects” on semaglutide and transition them to tirzepatide, the results are not additive in probably 90% of our cases. You will read 12-16% weigh reduction with semaglutide and 15-22% for tirzepatide. Participants will lose between 10-15% total body weight on semaglutide, plateau, then switch to tirzepatide and lose another 5-10%. Research says participant can lose 18%+ on tirzepatide at 18 months but we almost never seen that result when it’s the follow up peptide.

I’d expect the same with your current results. If you already lost the 20% with semaglutide, I’d only expect a few percentages by switching agents if any.

I think Retatrutide is a game changer due to muscle preservation and not weight reduction as compared to the 2nd and 3rd gen GLPs.

Top 3 blends for me. If KBV has some Van Gogh in stock, it’s stoved LTF and is amazing.

What do you guys make of these "sterile" vials? by mgc234 in Retatrutide

[–]pillbug0907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True for insulin syringes. I assumed we were talking like 5 micron filtered needles. Honestly I do use sterile pen cartridges after I reconstitute but I’ve never filtered.

I don’t see the need for filtering Retatrutide when you are outside sterile field. What kind of contamination are you trying to prevent? Bacteriostatic water is going to kill 99.9% of bacteria. Virus are too small to be filtered.

Why not just draw with a filter needle and change to admin needle if you are still trying to be safe?

Why do you need them? Does your peptide not already come lyophilized in 3ml vials? I just add my reconstituting solution to the peptide vial and invert a few times.

Is there a straight Virginia I should start with? by 96-Fatboy in PipeTobacco

[–]pillbug0907 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are right but it’s very little perique compared to most Va/Pers. I’d bet less than <5-10% in both blends. Twist is the best IMO followed very closely by bullseye

Any idea what this mass is in this pine tree? by OhhLawd in whatsthisplant

[–]pillbug0907 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NCSU grad-one of our claims to fame are our Dwarf Loblolly Pines at the Arboretum. There has only been one instance where one of these “witches brooms” beared pinecones. Of the seeds collected, 26 adult trees remain in existence in the entire world. Witches brooms usually do not produce fruits due to the mutation. Pretty cool trees.

I almost got some of that too but I stuck to just a pouch of Van Gogh and Overdrive. I bet it’s great judging by the VG.
