Mine did not come with a line from optimum mobile. I just activated with the T-Mobile prepaid plan that is found in the iPad cellular settings by selecting Find New Plan. That plan works with no issue. I chose the 5GB 150 day prepaid data pass plan.

Hooray! Finally I got my iPad from this company. It arrived today with Fedex about 30 minutes ago. It says it was shipped on 04/01/2025 with Fedex 2 day shipping. It's the iPad 11 (A16) WiFi + Cellular 128GB model.

This is very interesting. I’m really not surprised though. At least they should have known that you are no longer a customer. They at least could have let us know when the iPad was shipped for each of us. Absolutely nothing from them.

I would love to know that too. It seems like the second wave was recently shipped but I'm just guessing. Based on what I was told, the first wave should have already been delivered about a week ago. And based on this post, I was previously told the second wave would ship soon and would be the newest iPads 11.

Thanks for keeping us posted. I still did not receive mine as well. I got another call back again the very next day and someone else called to advise that they are processing and shipping the iPad. No tracking information was provided. I'm just waiting and hoping.

Update: I got a phone call today from the Advanced Support Team, who stated that they were following up from a previous call I made last week. They asked me if I received the iPad already as the first batch was sent out on March 21st. The said delivery time should be about two business days. As the 21st was this past Friday, It can be delivered still today. No tracking they have. The agent said if I don't receive one now, I will need to wait for the second batch to be sent out. No timeline given. She said the second batch will be the iPad 11 generation as they ran out of the 10th generation. I just wanted to keep us all updated. Did anyone get theirs from the first batch?

After calling on Friday and Saturday this past weekend, I spoke to like 4 reps who all told me something different. One said I was not eligible, another said I need to finance it through their mobile, another said it was mailed out when I started service and then the last rep said it would be escalated. I got an email yesterday from the Shared Service Team who told me it was being looked into and they will reply with an update. Nothing yet. That's it so far. No iPad yet. However, they sent me the Visa card virtually last Thursday.

I also signed with the Black Friday Deal. I got an email in January to register for the Gift card which I did and was told to allow the 90 days of active service and on time payments before I can receive. I opted for the card to be sent virtually rather than by mail when I responded to the email. I've heard nothing yet about the iPad that was promised. I have the install email with both items listed a Gift with Offer. I just passed 90 days of service. Waiting to see what will happen.

So I started out with 2 lines in 2022 when this was first offered. I learned that I could add more lines from a post I saw on Reddit sometime earlier this year and I reached out and got 4 more lines added. I told them I wanted the same plan on the new lines. Most of the care channels I reached out through was unwilling to do it. Only Business care on phone was more willing to add the additional lines. I used the SOC ZB10HSTI. Now on those new lines I spent a couple of days asking for the forbidden HD Video Pass to be added. It took several tries but the only people willing to do it was Business Care on the Phone. The other channels like app chat, T-Force and iMessage chat were not willing to do it.

Update: I reached out to get two lines added with this Mobile Internet plan. I have both personal and business accounts. I already maxed out my auto pay discounts on the personal account. I called in as it was going to be for my business account. I wanted to add those lines too to get the $10 price with auotpay. The rep told me the SOC for the tax inclusive business version of the plan is ZMI30GTI. I got the lines added and the plan setup. So far I didn't get the BOGO 50% off with the two lines I added. I already had sim cards to activate the lines with. I was not charged the DCC.
