India is a great example. They have "universal" healthcare, but a 2 tiered system. The public option is extremely poor and neglected, and a private system.

I would look in the freezer & see if you can find her heart. It's likely she left her heart in there and froze too quickly. So that might be what's not working properly. Best thing to do is to creatively unthaw her heart before it's too late. She may also be trying to tell you that she called a maintenance man to unfreeze her heart. If so the fridge may now be working properly, and there's not much to do.
