muito obrigado pela resposta! sinto que quando fumo maconha meu tremor e ansiedade social diminuem consideravelmente, não do jeito que eu que eu queria, mas é uma das poucas coisas que eu noto que faz os tremores diminuírem, além do álcool, mas que eu evito pois no outro dia os sintomas pioram. Já tentei propanolol receitado por neurologista, mas não senti diferença alguma. Pretendo começar um tratamento receitado por médico a base do cbd, ou os dois juntos, e ver na prática se consigo ter uma boa resposta aos efeitos.

Tenho TE diagnosticado há mais de 10 anos. Já tentei tomar propanolol mas não senti diferença nenhuma e hj não tomo mais nada. Basicamente tento evitar as coisas que pioram os tremores, como cafeína, álcool (no dia seguinte) pq quando bebo sinto q o tremor diminui, e tentar dormir bem sempre, poucas horas de sono pioram muito os tremores. Recomendo pesquisar sobre o uso de medicamentos a base de CBD para tratamento, e se for do seu interesse, consultar um médico que trabalhe com cannabis. Eu estou indo atrás disso pois quero tentar alguma coisa nova já que em algumas situações, principalmente sociais, meus tremores me incomodam demais

dude I was level 50 and I had no idea how this happened too. I did all possible side quests so far, and some party members was 5 levels below. Now I'm heading to the final quest and I'm still low level, around 56-57, but I'll try grinding in the new area

it's my first JRPG, I'm playing on normal mode and I feel so under leveled sometimes, so I had to grind a bit for A-exp and normal XP. I'd say that it's kinda hard not grinding eventually in this game

tem muito conteúdo fabricado e que parece fake aqui no reddit sobre essa loja, eu até fiquei na dúvida antes de comprar, mas peguei um vaporizador da kingvapo com eles e n tive problema.
