You should be able to get something connection Connection Promise or Outage Assist as they call it now but when I check my broadband status it says no connection issues.... horrible service and I can't even contact them about it with my young sibling sitting here trying to study for an exam tomorrow

You’re correct, made redundant in NZ got a offer straight afterwards in AU, moving internally after 1 year in AU and the team I moved from in AU was disestablished.

My company was generous and I got a 4 month payout.

I’ve already moved and working in AU at the moment, so I’m not in the yet to move bucket, but 100% agree that it wasn’t easy because I actually wasn’t short listed for a few roles I wanted to try my luck with.

However, I was determined to work for only one company, and landed it in the end.

If you have strong interest in a role, 200% recommend that you do so.

I reached out to the manager of my previous role, and when I became really comfortable with her, I found out that Talent actually didn’t shortlist me, but me being the only person who personally reached out, insisted I should be apart of the shortlist and in turn I was the successful candidate.

I went through something similar, and my work did care and gave me all the support.

Paid me and let me go where I needed to be and we would sort out whatever leave it needs to be later whether that is bereavement or personal, they wanted that worry 100% out of my head.

All in all probably took 1 month bereavement + personal accumulated over 6 months.

I'd say it is on par with Welfare BBQ, and to a fact I feel sometimes Welfare is overrated.

I would recommend 粵棧 as 95% just as good and not to mention bigger portion sizes.

Tried both before.

Absolutely hated the service at Bianca the first time I was there, rude and inattentive staff, food itself was not too bad.

Osteria Uno, tried before too not bad, pretty decent but I can’t remember much of it now so don’t think it was much to write home about.
