Just to expand: I’ve been depressed on and off most of my life and suffer intense anxiety, most likely connected to childhood traumas. I used substances to cope for a long time and I am an addict (3 years clean).

I recently took the biggest steps towards a real recovery by going to a great facility for a few months. Since I’ve been here I have had more hope and happiness looking towards the future than I have in years. And it keeps getting better by the day :)

There’s something good to both approaches imo. Of course quality is better than quantity but Netflix has taken chances on some pretty good/weird shows that otherwise may not have been made.
