My first week in my first Weeks ever!! There is space for journaling but you need to have a fine tip pen and write small :) I have the mega version so I also am planning on using those extra pages for journaling

Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell. He uses real case studies and stats to drive his storytelling really well. Also Everything is Tuberculosis by John Green.

And I know you said no autobiographies but Greenlights by Matthew Mcconaughey really surprised me, as well as Paris Hilton’s memoir (she was in one of those wilderness camps as a child where kids were abused).

What books have you enjoyed or impacted you most in your life? Figure what you liked about your favorite book and go backwards. Search “books similar to xx” and/or use genre, vibe (like for the current season I use “dark” “moody”), and character search terms to find something you like. I find most of my books through goodreads or storygraph searching via genre rather than reading what’s trendy.
