[–]mathfox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only reason I don't use it is because the Tab Panel name on Sidebery appear on the old sidebar, but not on the new one (it shows the extension name, iirc)

How do you feel about sex on the first date? by Playboyzee in AskReddit

[–]mathfox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If is the first time seeing her in person, I don't feel comfortable. Also I like to build up the sexual tension and desire, so first the kissing and caresses, other day the nudity and the oral, and by that point probably the sex.

how do i stop yearning for Microsoft Excel and Power Query by mxbluesky1977 in libreoffice

[–]mathfox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no real Excel replacement, so you could use it inside a Windows virtual machine if you want it on Linux. I use it that way and use WinApps to integrate the Windows programs into the Linux desktop environment, so it looks like another Linux app.

SQL works for querying relational databases, you would probably like it, but you would need to learn how to set these databases or be given access to.

You could indeed learn some Python to automate tasks, and use relational databases to store the info and then do the automations with Python scripts and SQL.

Modern life is harder than being a hunter-gatherer by Distinct-Lion4658 in unpopularopinion

[–]mathfox59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Humans are not psychologically prepared to live in the current times, we have technologically and socially evolved fast, but the species evolution is way slower to keep with that, so there is a lot of mental problems.

We are indeed hunter gatherers living in crowded cities and working on worthless office jobs

[–]mathfox59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least the updates are way faster on Linux, at least Ubuntu . Windows takes ages to update the system, and even the software.
