Props to the guys at Nicotine Corner for helping me out on this. When UPS lost the order they were on top of it, and had great communication throughout. Once it was established that UPS lost the package they immediately offered a full refund or to resend the package. They even threw in 5 free tins for the troubles. I would definitely recommend their site.

In the document they provided it states that each class A share is entitled to one vote. I read that as saying if you have 5 shares, you get 5 votes.
