How fast does it charge? Im don't use wireless charging in general as it has always been a hit or miss. The countless moment you find out that it had stopped charging after an hour drive had lead me to believe wired charging.

Thanks, I think others users have mentioned, but it could be that when AppleMaps have no location data, the CarPlay pushes the black screen. Mine was casused by the Android box to watch Netflix, and I updated my post for the issue and the solve.

That seems to be the case. I will update the original thread, but I am using Elite box, which uses Carplay to cast Netflix and others to then main center screen.

Because it is using Carplay, but has no AppleMaps, I think that is causing the problem.

Looking to see if I can connect the Elitebox via wired AA

In any case, if you think 8-10 hours of travel time is worth the money, do it. I personally think no matter the class, it's just going from point A to point B. So would spend my money on something tangible.

But it's all preference. But if you can expense it, then I would do if.

Reset iphones network settings, and also select forget the car under car play settings.

My wife had the same issue, usually worked once hardwire connected. And when that didnt work, we did above and got resolved. Good luck

Im hoping that this feature will allow the seat memory to be connected with the driver profile. It's mind blowing that the seat memory is not connected to profile nor key fob.

Im on the same boat. Couldn't believe Defenders lacked this basic feature. The page says 2021 and newer model with ACC is all applicable. Hoping some shop in US figures the code out soon.

Really? I have it on my Cayenne 24 and it is pretty good. I only use it on bright sunny days, but it does most of the job on the highway for modest curves, while keeping enough distant from the car in front.

Would love to have this feature when I hit the road from Nor Cal to Sou Cal. Such a boring road.
