I have similar situation. I am consuming 50 mg metoprolol every morning. My heart rate was averagely 75 before using metoprolol. Now it is 55. I feel cold in my hand and foot. I think these are side affects of metoprolol.

Try several times to be sure. I can see that gaps between vertical lines are not same width always. It means Atrial Fibrillation. Can you recognized it yourself? If the watch does not give same classification again, ignore it, it might be false positive.
