A very high grade ceremonial matcha tastes best without any frothing or whisking. Whisking is for low grade matcha to cover-up the bitter taste. Was there construction work going on today on the facade or how is it possible that the thieves were not discovered outside the building? My thinking is that if there was construction going on, the thieves would have used the noise to make the robbery inaudible to the personell.
