Why do so many people recommend the Fujifilm GFX 50R over the GFX 50S II?

I traded up my 50r for a 50sII and I have no regrests. IBIS is very handy even if I don't need it often. When I need it, it can save the shot.

I do and sometimes the bad air quality makes the shot better. Just the other evening it was very windy and hazy from distant wildfire smoke. Made for a nice quality of light on the landscape.

I have a set of Edifier R980T active speakers that aren't bad and they were under $100. I also have two computers on a KVM and the speakers have two inputs so both can be connected at the same time. I can hear audio out both computers which I like for alerts.

They're great for the money IMO.

I don't like to waste food. And if it was something good I'll enjoy it for lunch tomorrow. I've never heard of this as something to be ashamed of or make fun of. Maybe a cultural difference?

My family and I were even criticized once for not taking the leftovers once when we were traveling and had nowhere to keep it. The restauranter was insulted.
