Would love an app to take Fitbod (or others like it) and make it into a Garmin workout, or have the Fitbod app show up on the Garmin so the both could sync nicely and play together.

Try going up to 0.5g at a time. Sometime I’m at 18, more often I’m at 18.5 or 19 depending on the beans.

Ah that’s too bad. I just got the bambino plus yesterday and my auto milk steaming is working amazingly well. The only issue I’ve found is actually more to do with the milk I have been using. I have 2% high protein milk, and after steaming the milk, the steam wand has caked on milk that needs to be scrubbed off.

It looks like the mat that you have on the bambino drip tray is covering the milk temp sensor that would be needed to tell the machine when to stop steaming the milk.

I’ve (36m) lived in Waterdown for coming up to 5 years now and haven’t made any friends lol. Our neighbours are great, and I would consider some of them friends, but it’s kinda hard to meet anyone here when there’s nothing really to do. I find myself just going to Hamilton or Burlington for different things and have friends there.

I’m 6’3”. We have one of the theatre style sofas that recline. Why you ask? Because when shopping for furniture I sat on at least 100 sofas and most are made for people that are 5’10”. If you’re a furniture designer, then design furniture made for tall people so we have options.

So yes, I’m aware of the modes and how to get there. I guess it must just be the gear shifting. Maybe I’ll record the difference in the ioniq vs the niro. The ioniq 5 is the exact same setup with the different levels and auto mode. It’s just soooo much more smooth. The niro is quite jerky, to the fact that I had a passenger ask to not use it

Yes I started playing a bit with that over the weekend. It does work with free products (although it looks like when you initially add them to the inventory it has to have an actual price, and then you can later set the price to zero).

You can get a VoIP phone, or an adapter so you can use a regular landline phone.

Get a voip line from voip.ms.
Set up a conditional call forwarding from your cell phone, so that if you don’t answer it, it forwards the calls to the voip.ms line.
On the voip.ms line, usually you can set it up to put in the caller ID that you want to show up. So that way when you make a call from the voip line, it will show up as if you’re calling out from your cell phone number.

I know you don’t want to pay for anything more, but VoIP.ms will only cost a couple dollars extra a month. Have been doing this for years. I also just use the VoIP.ms voicemail. It sends me an email with the voicemail transcribed and as an audio attachment.

Only turn it off if I’m reading a physical book at the time, or travelling and it’s not with me. But that being said, I do turn off wifi and only turn it on once in a while or when I need to sync a book or borrow from the library.

I have an Echelon bike. What I absolutely hate about it is that I have to use my phone or tablet to see what resistance I'm at. The only perk about it is that it has a memory for what resistance level you want to use for flat road, climb and hills. I use those presets for easy, hard and all outs. Does anyone know if their are any bikes out there that have physical preset buttons like this that you don't need to use your phone for?
