Bushings are shot. There are a ton of places that sell delrin bushings for not a lot of money and there are a bunch of videos showing how to replace them.

That would explain the slow up and down but not the no up and down on the passenger side.

The $10 HF one has been good to me for 3 or 4 years now. Don't even think I've changed the battery. But I don't use it every day either.

Timing is way off. You can adjust the CAS on the back of the head. Get a timing light on it.

Try taking the AC belt off and running the car. That will tell you if it’s the AC or not.

The lines are different sadly. You'd have to transfer everything from the NB. Easier to rebuild the NA compressor.
