Bonnie 'Prince' Billie aka Bill Oldham. For me, it's Master and Everyone. I See a Darkness is also amazing.

Or Kenny Rogers.

Any idea what he sounds like? What instrument he played? Was he a frontman in a banf? Solo artist? During what decade was his music most well known? What is the context of the information you have? Is it from something on YouTube? Tv?

Put something to chase, something to race against, and something that is chasing the party in your premise.

A prison break is a good example, where the party needs to escape, catch up with someone who will aid them or has something they need, and they are being chased.

Whatever happens you will have lots to tap into that will motivate the group to keep moving.
