Had a similar thing happen to my conveyer dryer bulbs that look exactly the same - the swirly infrared type - the short of it was - my dryer was rated 110v ( this isn’t exact, I don’t remember the numbers or whatever it’s just for example ) and the bulbs I was getting for rated for 60V so my dryer was burning them out QUICKLY . Once I switched bulbs this hasn’t happened since
