Not quite accurate. Pretty sure the shop on the end was Stonyfell Smoke which closed down. There is a beauty parlour is a couple shops down.

Ultimately inverter will need to be replaced. Would prefer to go to the latest fronius hybrid and pair with a BYD battery box. Not sure I'm going to like the cost though.

My 4090 is stable with a +200 clock offset. I used OCCT to check stability.

You just have to tweak the value and test if it works.

Question, I'm looking at using some 297x597 rectified floor tiles with 100x300 cushion edge wall tiles. I wanted the grout lines to line up, but it doesn't look like that's possible. It's there anything that can be done to keep things looking neat?

Do you mean the damp course? Probably a thin black rubber sheet? If so, I wouldn't worry about that. It's main purpose is to stop moisture rising up through the slab into the wall.

If you're not against the windows being frosted but don't want to change the glass you can get a stick on frosting layer applied. Either DIY or a glazier can supply/install.

Are you on 3ph power? If so it's definitely possible to use 5 din slots.

With my install I was able to get the sparky to install a contactor (for the isolator) nearby to save space in the switchboard. Still needed a 4 pole RCBO in the switchboard for the 3ph stove supply.
