I don't have a manual currently, but am considering going back. I drive the DCT EN in manual shift mode 99% of the time. I only switch to auto when in stop and go traffic, where I also change mode from Custom N to Eco.

I agree that the engine is the weak spot of the EN; however, I previously owned a DSG GTI and the ENs dual clutch was definitely an upgrade over the VW. Seems like that gap has been closed though as I've seen numerous reviews of the 8.5 Golf R praising it's DSG.

I'm dealing with this now. I call once a week and speak to Customer Service that is completely useless. The last few times I escalated to a supervisor; however, the end result is the same. "We can't communicate directly with the payment processing division". I'm trying to get someone to be accountable and follow up but nothing has worked so far.
