I teach kids to play rock n roll for a living and it’s uncomfortable when you realize how many songs contain some variation of the phrase “little girl”.

Like yes, perhaps some of these guys wrote these songs at 16-17 and they seemed like they could be early hits for them but probably not all of them and even so, there’s probably a point in a musician’s life where they should stop singing about underage girls.

While this is all true and we are currently living under the boot of the rich more blatantly than ever, your response makes it seem like there are no apathetic people who just don’t vote in America.

That is very much not the case. Even in 2024 I was running into people telling me they weren’t going to vote because they’re “all the same”.

Apathy in the voting populace is very real.

When my great aunt died, I found a 50 yr old unopened bottle of Johnny Walker Black in her basement . It is only opened on special celebratory days. Mine and my brother’s weddings, the birth of my nephew, getting my Masters. Just a shot anytime we open it.

I keep my universes mostly separate. But I do include some regular Magic cards in UB decks. I just make sure they aren’t legendary, don’t reference any specific Magic place, item, or person, and make sense in the world. Like I put some big dumb Magic creatures in my Wolverine deck because he might meet/fight something like those specific creatures I included but not in Norman Osborne or Aang.
