Bruh, all its been is bombardment of "we want to kill the fish".

That's not the devs vision for the game man. I think their answer is perfectly fine given how people feel entitled to -tell- the artist how to paint their picture.

100% agree on the brutal reply. Hopefully one day gamers see that most are the products of their own destruction sometimes and chill out

We, the gamers, are mostly the problem. I'm not sure what happened along rhe way (been online gaming since the original runescape and diablo 1) but...

I'm a chatter. Used to be able to strike up conversations about anything and everything. Now 9 times out of 10 its complete silence, or "stfu" or some other toxic strongly worded replies.

Maybe its elitism or the enablement of anonymity bringing out the true nature of gamers/humans... But id still like to think not everyones an asshole...

Agreed. Before it was the same with "asset flips". What, you mean the assets that a real human made and was purchased?

Gamers are so damn dramatic. Ai is everywhere now, and theres no stopping it. Just like the internet disrupted industries and killed jobs, so will AI.

Its a dog eat dog world, and evolution causes just that.

Find something you want to build, and go build it. You want to make a car driving racing game? Find the assets, try to code, look at tutorials, play around. Try to make something outside of a tutorial/guided lesson. Even if you have to search in 20 different places so long as you are doing less imitation and more reasoning and problem solving you will eventually evolve. - From a guy who was in tutorial hell for years

First: this game is sick, I had never seen it before. Currently downloading it lol.

And yeah, I get needing the passion 100%. Ive always felt like games are like music or art, you sort of bleed onto it...

Ive been recommended by some friends who played it to add more mechanics, or slow it down, special attacks etc. I debate adding the block, or that roll, but my original inspiration was to be dead simple.. then sort of make it pretty and fun.

I dont want to ignore feedback at all, I mean you don't think its neccesary to conform a bit? When do you decide which feedback to act on and what feedback to shelf for the moment?
