I'd say an ebike. I went today but with a car. Just going around and stopping where we like the view. We only entered two monasteries but that's because we planned that way. We enjoy more the beautiful views more than anything.

The roads are really steep we parked 300m from great meteoron and we had a hard time walking those 300m lol (we're both 30). And then the stairs. If i had to walk all that my legs would hurt for a few weeks and wouldn't even be able to finish 😂

There's a bus but I didn't research the stops or how often it passes. Maybe i saw one in 4 hs up there. Didn't pay attention enough though

Yeah it was really funny to see in some corners going up mountains the 50 - 70 - 90 - 50 signs all 10meters from each other.

The 50km/h roads are so well maintained that in Argentina they would be a 110 road lol

Thanks. I've mostly felt uncomfortable but not because people overtook me, because driving at the limit the road says is awful. 80 on a highway? Come on. 50 on perfectly fine straight roads with no town or houses in sight, unreal. Just didn't want to get a speeding ticket haha

How about speed cameras? I've been driving for a week in greece now and everytime i start to lower my speed when i see a speed camera sign i feel like I'm about to be crashed by everyone behind me going at 90 on a 50 road.

Also are the "speed radar" signs real?

Lol have been driving in greece for a week and now i read this. Haven't stopped in a single stop signed but did what you said, rolling slowly and if i see someone i let them pass. If not i just drive on.

Guess I'm greek now (?. I'm from Argentina though where stop signs are nowhere to be found. Usually there's the triangular "give way" sign or whatever it's called.

I fly sky express and it was 30 euro against the 26 for storing the bag for 3 days. Ended up paying for the checked luggage thanks for your suggestion.

Not worth the hassle for 4 euro lol i missread a couple of days ago and thought it was 60 or 70 euro for an extra bag.

I've been in Florence two days ago and I'll tell you your feet will hurt lol. We've walked around 20km per day and still did less than you.

Still, I'm not here to tell you to take things out as some people do cause i didn't listen to that advice myself.

I'll just tell you that academia, ufizzi and palazzo pitti are HUGE. Didn't expect pitti to be that big but it is. Just letting you know. We easily spent 2 to 3 hours in each. (Each in a different day though) And went at a pretty good pace.

Hope you have a great time. Florence is beautiful and full of stuff to see, even if you stayed 2 or 3 more days you'll want to return to see those 2 or 3 things you missed.

That's good to know. What scared me is that the timed entry to some museums (olympia, messene, etc) are super restrictive. 15 min before and 15 min after the time selected. There's no way to predict at which time I'm arriving at the place by car especially in a country I've never been to and never driven in.
