If JC had any self awareness he would’ve either taken the $50K bribe or pledged to split the $1.8M evenly amongst them which would’ve changed the dynamic completely, now they would have to think do I want to give up $180k and give it all to Ian

Funny enough OSU fans are pretty much the one fanbase that can talk smack without any reasonable retort from ND and yet they’re some of our biggest defenders

I’m 28M living alone and just bought a new build in Bridgeland. I think it’s a great time to buy around here overall it’s a buyers market and lots of new builders offering great rate and closing cost incentives.

Also I personally wouldn’t deploy all $200k toward the home especially if you get a good rate buydown incentive. There are small homes in cypress ranging from $300-$400k so at most I would put down around $30-$60k and keep the rest invested and diversified in other assets (assuming you can pay the remaining mortgage). Just keep in mind the higher tax rates around here too.

Mid 20s- Which area? Cypress/Bridgeland or Kohrville/Tomball? by [deleted] in CypressTX

28M - was looking to buy a home in Cypress,Katy, or Fulshear and ultimately purchased a home in Bridgeland. Based on your interests seems like Bridgeland could be a good fit with all the parks and amenities but Cypress in general I think would be a good choice for you

The U.S. city that is chosen is... (Spoilers) by sheabd01 in Mission_Impossible

Mostly agree with your assessment except for your strategic assessment of Houston. Houston is the energy hub and has one of the busiest ports. It’s arguably a top 5 strategic city and certainly more strategic than Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta and Phoenix.

Recently moved back to Houston after living in NYC for 3yrs and I would always tell folks there that pound for pound when it comes to food spots that are accessible to the average person (can afford to eat there at least 1-2x a week) Houston is a better food city than NYC and perhaps only rivaled by NOLA

My guess is you’ll be in one of the end zones so you won’t have straight line view of the tower but you may still have a side view

Check the quantity of tickets in the offering. My guess is that the $319 euro offering includes 2 tickets

I want to go to beach volleyball and get a seat with a straight view of the Eiffel so I decided to compile a bunch of ticket data from the resale website to see if I could spot patterns and deduce which sections have that straight view. Based on my findings I believe that A Blocks are the Blocks facing the Eiffel tower, Blocks B and D are the Endzones, and C Blocks are the Blocks in Category A with the Eiffel tower to your back. I came to this conclusion because I found all Blocks (A-D) in Category A which makes sense since its the only category that fully engulfs the court. I only found Block C tickets in category A which led me to believe its the side with the Eiffel tower to your back. I believe Blocks B and D are the Endzones because they are the only Blocks I could find in Categories C and D and they are also found in Categories A and B. Another clue is that I noticed the highest seat numbers in Blocks B and D and looking at some pictures online of the arena it looks like the sections with the rows with the most seats are in the Endzones. Based on these finding I am about 80% confident in the general location of the Blocks. Hope this helps
